One very nice thing about spuds is that they are inexpensive. It isn't uncommon for us to find a ten-pound bag of potatoes on sale for $2 a bag. That's a lot of carbs for $0.20 a pound! If you are a potato fan as we are, you find it hard to pass up a great deal on a big bag of spuds. But then you get them home, and you find you have a problem. What do you do with them all?
